Shipping Policy

  • Usually, our orders are dispatched through FedEx/ UPS/ USPS.
  • Make sure to check the Duty Charges (if any) of your order, as these charges MUST be paid to the courier service once you receive your order.
  • You can estimate your delivery charges by simply adding the number of orders added to the shopping cart.
  • Before dispatching the order, We review the order. If it’s accurate, either your payment method is valid, and you are allowed to use the chosen payment method, then we proceed to our warehouse.
  • Once your order is authentic, and it is marked as authorised by credit card mainframes, your order is sent to the warehouse, to get it ready for shipment.
  • In any case, if credit card processing took 2 to 3 business days, it’s just to check the accuracy of the details given by you.
  • Please note, if your order is in-stock it would immediately be sent to the warehouse for shipment, otherwise, in case of OUT Of STOCK, we may take your advice regarding order (s) replacement.
  • If the shipment gets delayed, you will be informed via the contact source you provided.
  • The estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days. However, it depends on how much time it took to get payment confirmation.
  • Shipping charges are regulated by the size and weight of your order.

  • We make sure to take extreme care and caution while packaging your orders, so they won’t get damaged while shipping.
  • Any order that can be returned within 14 days. In case of returning an order, the customer has to bear the shipping cost. But in case of any damage, the company will pay the shipping charges over returning an order.
  • SilkMax keeps the right to cancel the order if the designation is incorrect and you will get a full refund of the order, except the delivery charges.
