Return Policy

SilkMax provides its customers with convenience and nothing is more important than their satisfaction. However, it offers the ‘Return or Exchange Option’, but there are some terms under which you can return or exchange your product (s). Check out the return policy;

• We do NOT offer custom orders, anyhow, if you’re not satisfied with the off-the-rack or ready-made product, SilkMax allows you to replace or return your order within 14 days of purchase.
• If the order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing shortfall, simply return it within the mentioned span of time.
• If your order has a manufacturing defect, MUST report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
• We create products under great care, if in any case the delivered item doesn’t meet your expectation or is destroyed, it should be checked within 24 hours and returned in the same packaging, and packed in the same manner as we did, to ensure nothing can harm it, to get a refund.
• In case you want to return or exchange the order, you must send a proof of purchase or exchange receipt.
• SilkMax does not accept any parcel that is poorly wrapped/packed or has severe damage caused by the carrier.
